Amy E. Sauter
Amy Sauter is an Associate Attorney with Heller & Thyen, P.A., currently practicing in the area of consumer bankruptcy representing debtors. Amy also represents debtors against violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). She graduated with honors from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During law school she was awarded Certificates of Merit in Advanced Document Discovery, Bankruptcy, Civil Procedure II, Constitutional Law II, and Workers’ Compensation. She looks forward to helping her clients obtain a fresh start!
Experience
Amy devotes 100% of her practice towards representation of consumer debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations. Amy has handled numerousconsumer and commercial bankruptcies, and she has also sued several debt collectors for violations of bankruptcy and other federal laws.
